Delivery to the wrong address:
The company shall not be held liable if the package is not delivered to the correct address due to a mistake on the customer's part.
National Holidays:
Shipping delays might be incurred during national holidays that affect the company directly. The company will not be held responsible for any delays in the shipment of orders done before the holiday commences but are affected by the holidays within a period of one week after purchase. It is at the discretion of the company to offer any reconciliation deemed fit in order to retain customer satisfaction but this is not mandatory and the rights are reserved by the company (The Shopper Direct)
Lost orders in shipment:
If an order goes missing during shipment due to the carelessness of the courier, the company will be held liable. However, a refund will not be offered for the lost product. The company will ship another product of the same kind which might lead to a further delay in the customer receiving the product. An order will be deemed lost if it takes more than 6 weeks to be delivered in the case that the address provided is correct.
Courier delays:
In the event of a delay in shipping due to courier issues, the company will try its best to keep the customers informed on the order tracking information. If the delay is out of the company's control then the company will inform the customer and will only offer a refund if the package is never delivered. The duration required to deem a package as "never arrived" is one month and one week
